Underground car parks belong to the urban space of every city. Beneath the surface there are huge spaces for private vehicles. The access from outside is limited and mostly restricted by lattices. The series Exterior deals with entrances of underground car parks in Berlin as speculative stage setting between the inside and outside, the public and private space.
